Rye Concierge Founder and Principal Richard Neuman is an experienced property manager with an extensive background in creating solutions for homeowners. As a lifelong resident of Rye, he has intimate knowledge of Westchester County, especially the beautiful shoreline community and its people. His network of quality professional relationships includes realtors, village and town government, skilled tradespeople, and reliable vendors and service providers. Richard’s broad background in real estate has taught him the importance of a well-maintained, secure property for insuring homeowner peace of mind. Richard founded Rye Concierge Service to fill an important niche that was missing in the community.

Richard was our property manager for two years after we moved from London, England, to Rye, N.Y. He was an integral part of helping us transition and settle. He is an excellent communicator, quick to respond and correct any problems. He’s a joy to work with.

Richard Neuman is exceptionally responsive and reliable. I cannot recall a single instance in which he was not reachable to deal with an issue. I’ve come to depend on his knowledge of the Rye area real estate market, and I thoroughly trust his view of current rental rates. I also appreciate his well-developed list of contractors and craftsmen he can call upon.

Richard was referred to me when my real estate professional retired. He has proven himself to be an attentive property manager as well a person that can get jobs accomplished. When a long-term tenant vacated our summer rental unit, Richard oversaw a $50,000 refurbishment. The work was well managed, properly done and resulted in a better-than-anticipated rental rate after its completion.

You assumed responsibility during a time when we were starting to spend more time in NYC and Jackson Hole, Wyoming. We feel very lucky to have found you and to have you looking after the house. It will be a relief to know that you are managing the projects and that I won’t have to be continually coming to Rye to oversee the work and vendors.
