We manage primary residences, vacation homes, and rental and vacant properties. We are onsite when you need us to be. We line up regular services like lawn care, garden chores, interior and exterior painting, vehicle maintenance, pet care—whatever you need. We also arrange one-time services, like event planning, home renovations or emergency repairs. We respond to alerts and check security systems—and we’re available 24/7 so you know who to call for immediate action.
Rye Concierge Founder and Principal Richard Neuman is an experienced property manager with an extensive background in creating solutions for homeowners. As a lifelong resident of Rye, he has intimate knowledge of Westchester County, especially the beautiful shoreline community and its people. His network of quality professional relationships includes realtors, village and town government, skilled tradespeople, and reliable vendors and service providers. Richard’s broad background in real estate has taught him the importance of a well-maintained, secure property for insuring homeowner peace of mind. Richard founded Rye Concierge Service to fill an important niche that was missing in the community.
